The Raw Workshop for Raw Coordinators was held in SK RHU RENDANG,MARANG,Terengganu on 18th April,2010. A total of 9 Participants from 3 schools,viz,
1.SJK (C), Chong Hwa , Wakaf Tapai
2.SK. Nibong, Kuala Berang
3. SK .Rhu Rendang, Marang
participated.The Purpose of the Workshop was to familiarize the participants with the LadyBird Reading scheme and plan strategies for implementation of Raw Projects in Schools.
All the Participants were enthusiastic and felt that it was a good program for the schools and the children as it would help improve their reading skills.The Participants thanked CHILD for Implementing the Program in their schools especially in the rural areas where it was very difficult to even obtain the required books.
The Workshop was from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm,after which Lunch was served.
The Workshop was facilitated by Mr. Ramasamy a/l R.Muthusamy.
